These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of CasaReel — the website casareel.io and the application app.casareel.io (together, the "Service") — operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [LEGAL FORM], registered in Spain with tax ID [CIF/NIF] and registered address [REGISTERED ADDRESS] ("CasaReel", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
CasaReel turns property photos you upload into AI-generated walk-through videos for real-estate marketing. Videos are generated automatically using artificial-intelligence models. AI output can contain visual artefacts or inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing videos before publishing them.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. An organisation's administrator controls its members, properties and billing. You are responsible for activity under your account.
The Service is sold as a monthly subscription. The billing unit is the property: each plan includes a monthly number of properties. The first video for a property uses one of your available properties for that month; further videos and updates for that property are free. Unused properties roll over for exactly one month and then expire. Plan details and prices are shown at casareel.io/pricing.
New organisations receive a 14-day free trial with 2 properties; no payment method is required for the trial. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via Billing → Manage subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and amounts already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
You keep all rights to the photos and information you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them solely to provide the Service (including processing by our AI video providers). You must have the necessary rights to the photos you upload and must not upload unlawful content. Videos generated for you may be used by you without restriction for marketing the property concerned.
You may not misuse the Service — including attempting to breach its security, reselling it without our written consent, uploading content that infringes third-party rights, or using generated videos in a misleading way (for example presenting an AI-modified scene as the current physical state of a property where that would deceive a buyer).
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without a guaranteed uptime. We may improve or change features; we will not materially reduce what your paid plan includes during a paid period.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or the outcome of property transactions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Spanish law.
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms. Upon termination we delete or anonymise your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of [CITY, SPAIN], without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules. If a translation of these Terms conflicts with the English version, the English version prevails.
